- At the meeting on 25 May 2018, we decided to applied a "show of hands" by email: to get consortium approval, a proposal must be sent to the list (dataforhistory@listes.ens-lyon.fr). If there are no objections within two weeks, the proposal is accepted.
- At the meeting on 5 April 2019, we decided to use a secret ballot procedure for voting on persons.
